Policies & Terms of Service

Returns are accepted but they must be started within 7 days of you receiving your item and the goods must be in its original packaging, including any extra items that came in the package. The hair must be uncut, unwashed, unused and not tampered with in any shape or form, this includes removing the tags and labels. The customer is responsible for the postage shipping fee for it to be returned.

Refunds are only given once Luna's Hair Collection receives your returned goods and it passes the inspection. Please note, if the inspection fails and the hair has been tampered with, the hair can be posted back to you but it's the customers' responsibility to pay for the shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, all responsibility of the package is no longer on Luna's Hair Collection. For lost and damaged packages, please contact the delivery courier to resolve the issue.

By purchasing from Luna's Hair Collection, you are agreeing to our shipping policy, returns policy and refund policy and therefore forfeit the right to start a dispute on any of our policy grounds. If you do not agree with our policies and/or Terms of service, please do not purchase with us.
