Refund policy

Returns are accepted but they must be started within 7 days of you receiving your item and the goods must be in its original packaging, including any extra items that came in the package. The hair must be uncut, unwashed, unused and not tampered with in any shape or form, this includes removing the tags and labels. The customer is responsible for the postage shipping fee for it to be returned. If there are experiencing issues with your hair after the 7 day period and you have used the hair, please contact us so we can solve the issue.

Refunds are only given once Luna's Hair Collection receives your returned goods and it passes the inspection. Please note, if the inspection fails and the hair has been tampered with no refund will be given and the hair can be posted back to you but it's the customers' responsibility to pay for the shipping.
