Please note, our Bodywave hair isn't curly hair it's best used if you'd like to curl your wig REGULARLY using a curling iron or heat-less curls as it can hold curls for longer compared to a straight wig.

To ensure all our virgin wigs are perfect and delivered smoothly, all customers must check their order carefully before completing checkout. Once you place an order, you have a 24 hour grace period to request a change. This includes,
• Cap size changes
• Length changes

After the 24 hour grace period, your order will have entered the production stage and no changes or alterations can be accepted under any circumstances. If you would really like to change your order after 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and a refund (where eligible) will be given. You can reorder the correct product.

Processing time for your wig to be ready is 4-6 business days.

Length disclaimer:

Please keep in mind that any hair with a wavy pattern will be its actual length when stretched as wavy hair naturally shrinks a bit. It’s still true to length but wavy hair, small shrinkage can occur by about 1-2 inches so please keep this in mind when purchasing!

Texture disclaimer:

Bodywave texture is not a curl pattern and best for hair styling. For example, if you’d like to curl the hair often or do other heat related styles (like crimps), bodywave hair is the best option as it holds curls and crimps longer than straight hair. If you wear your hair straight majority of the time, please choose to purchase our straight units instead as since it’s a wavy texture, it will revert back to its wavy texture a while after straightening.

Does the wig come fully customised and ready to wear?

No, all our virgin wigs do NOT come fully customised and ready to wear. If you’d like a fully customised and ready to wear wig, purchase our Lulu Wigs and they can also be worn glueless!
