To ensure every Lulu is perfect and delivered smoothly, all customers must check their order carefully before completing checkout. Once you place an order, you have a 48 hour grace period to request a change. This includes,
• Cap size changes
• Length changes
• Customisation requests

After the 48 hour grace period, your order will have entered the production stage and no changes or alterations can be accepted under any circumstances. If you would really like to change your order after 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and a refund (where eligible) will be given. You can reorder the correct product.

Processing time for your wig to be ready is 16-26 days. This is because the bundles are cut straight from the donor then cleaned and wefted and the frontal/closure is then hand ventilated before it’s then made into a wig. It’s then styled by Luna’s Hair Collection so that it’s ready to wear and you don’t have to do any further customisations. At Luna’s Hair Collection, we believe in giving the best quality so everything is specially hand crafted just for you and this will make the process longer but it’s to guarantee the best.

Length disclaimer:

Please keep in mind when selecting your desired hair length that styling will impact the final appearance and length. Curling hair impacts its length and can reduce the hair length by up to 4 inches. For example, to achieve 28 inch curled hair opt for straight hair that’s 30-32 inches long.

Styling disclaimer:

Any unit with the add on “layers and curls” is a temporary style. Curls is straight hair barrel curled and will only last 1-2 days.

Is the hair raw?

Yes. The hair is 100% raw unprocessed hair cut and sourced in Vietnam. It’s double drawn hair so there are more longer hair strands in the bundles giving you a full look from top to bottom.

Can I wear the wig as a glueless wig?

Yes, you can wear our Classic Lulu 2 as a glueless wig, however I would only recommend it with our closures (5x5, 6x6 and 7x7) just select the glueless option. Make sure to get the correct cap size so that it’s nice and snug on your head and there’s also adjustable straps inside the wig so you can tighten it or loosen it to your liking.
