• Length changes

After the 24 hour grace period, your order will have entered the production stage and no changes or alterations can be accepted under any circumstances. If you would really like to change your order after 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and a refund (where eligible) will be given. You can reorder the correct product.

Processing time for your wig to be ready is 4-6 business days.

Styling disclaimer:

Because this is straight hair, it might not hold styles for a long period of time. For example, if you like to curl your hair the curls will drop quicker compared to our bodywave unit. Our straight unit is ideal for those who mainly wear their hair straight. If you’d like to buy a unit mainly to do styles with, please purchase our bodywave unit.

Does the wig come fully customised and ready to wear?

No, all our virgin wigs do NOT come fully customised and ready to wear. If you’d like a fully customised and ready to wear wig, purchase our Lulu Wigs and they can also be worn glueless!
